Massa pleased with Friday running at Sochi

Felipe Massa says he was pleased with Williams Martini Racing's first day of running at the Sochi Autodrom on Friday. The Brazilian finished first practice for the Russian Grand Prix in 11th place, before setting the seventh fastest time in the afternoon session. He was much happier with the balance of his car in practice two and believes the FW36 will be competitive around the new street track. 'I think it was a good Friday for us,' he said. 'The car shows itself to be competitive, shows to be consistent, so I was pretty happy with the balance and definitely it was just the first day but I think it was a very good day for us.
