'Virtual safety car' idea for F1

Formula 1 bosses are to implement changes to ensure drivers slow down for on-track incidents, and pursue the idea of a 'virtual safety car'. F1 is determined to learn lessons from the accident in Japan that left Frenchman Jules Bianchi in a critical condition with severe head injuries.
