Mercedes breaks Red Bull's reign, clinch constructors' title

Mercedes clinched its first Formula One constructors’ championship ending Red Bull’s reign that spanned over the last four seasons after its drivers recorded a one-two finish at the Russian Grand Prix on Sunday. The German manufacturer returned to F1 in 2010 as an independent team but recorded just four wins in the last four years. This season Mercedes has dominated winning 13 of the 16 races so far, which included nine one-twos. Red Bull has just won three races this year, all at the hands of Daniel Ricciardo, while four-time world champion Sebastian Vettel has struggled to come to terms with the new regulations.
