Mateschitz hints at second chance for Vergne

– Red Bull owner Dietrich Mateschitz has hinted that Toro Rosso's Jean-Éric Vergne could be thrown a lifeline for 2015.Max Verstappen was confirmed at Toro Rosso alongside Daniil Kvyat back in August, leaving Vergne cast aside.However, with Kvyat having now been promoted to Red Bull's senior team in the wake of Sebastian Vettel's shock decision to leave, it means there is a vacancy at Toro Rosso and Vergne is one candidate."There is quite an argument to have an experienced pilot next to a very young driver," Mateschitz told speedweek.com when asked if the Frenchman might get a second chance.Mateschitz's comments echoed those made recently by Toro Rosso boss Franz...
