Sergio Marchionne Earlier this week Ferrari‘s new chairman Sergio Marchionne took over the helm at Maranello from long time boss Luca di Montezemolo, and has immediately declared his intention to kick some ass in Formula 1. Speaking to Autocar, Marchionne said, 'We've got to kick some ass and we've got to do it quickly. It takes what it takes. We might screw up, but we've got nothing to lose, right?
