FIA establish accident panel to investigate Bianchi’s crash

dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.15;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;">   October 20th, 2014 (F1Plus / Rosie Baillie) - The FIA have established an accident panel who will carry out a full investigation into Jules Bianchi’s crash at the Japanese Grand Prix. The panel will begin their work this week and will present their findings and propose new measures to improve safety at circuits at the next World Motor Sport Council meeting on December 3rd, 2014 in Qatar. Bianchi remains in hospital in Japan in a stable but critical condition after crashing into a recovery vehicle in Japan.
