The FIA has announced it has finalised the composition of a new Accident Panel, founded to investigate and propose improvements to track safety following the accident involving Jules Bianchi at the Japanese Grand Prix. The new panel was already announced by FIA President Jean Todt, but its members have now been finalised. The group will carry out a full review of the accident to gain a better understanding of what happened, and will propose new measures to reinforce safety at circuits, with recommendations to be made for the FIA President.
