Phillips among three Silverstone executives suspended

Managing director Richard Phillips is one of three senior executives to be suspended amid management restructuring at Silverstone. The British Racing Drivers' Club (BRDC) is undertaking a review of the management structure at Silverstone – home of the British Grand Prix – with Phillips being joined by Silverstone Circuit Limited (SCL) financial and legal directors Ed Brookes and David Thompson in being suspended. The BRDC's review comes after two failed attempts to sell the circuit in recent years.
