Weber warns Vettel of Ferrari pressures

Willi Weber, a man who knows a thing or two about the demands a driver faces at Ferrari, has warned Sebastian Vettel that life at Maranello won't be a bed of roses. Famous for being Michael Schumacher's manager, Weber was there every step of the way during the German's years at Ferrari as a driver and he knows about the pressures that come with the job. When Schumacher joined Ferrari in 1996 they were going through a big slump as they hadn't won the title in over a decade, but he played a major role turning the team's fortunes around.
