+ With Caterham confirming it will miss at the very least the United States and Brazilian Grands Prix, one must feel a touch sorry for its two drivers, the rookie Marcus Ericsson and in particular Kamui Kobayashi, who after a year out of the sport in 2013 after losing his Sauber drive, returned to the sport, ditching a Ferrari sportscar ride in the process.
