FIA calls for Formula 1 to cut costs

+ The FIA says the current financial plight of the Caterham and Marussia teams prove it was right to push for cost-cutting measures earlier this season. FIA president Jean Todt abandoned his proposal for a cost cap earlier this year when it became clear that he would not be able to gather the support needed from Formula 1 teams yo introduce such a measure.
