Rosberg has 'pace in his pocket'

Nico Rosberg is backing himself to up his pace as the weekend progresses in Austin after settling for second best behind Lewis Hamilton on Friday. Hamilton posted the fastest time in both practice sessions, but it was a tight affair in FP2 with Rosberg just 0.003s off his Mercedes team-mate's effort of 1:39.085 in the afternoon. "It's tight as usual - three thousandths - but I have them in my pocket," he told reporters. "I know where they are, so no worries. I'm going to pull them out tomorrow.
