Red Bull team principal Christian Horner says Sebastian Vettel will take part in qualifying for the United States Grand Prix, despite the fact that he will be forced to start the race from pitlane owing to an engine change. The FIA confirmed on Friday that Vettel will take a full fresh power unit, meaning he must start Sunday’s race from the pitlane, effectively making qualifying meaningless for the German.
