Palmer to test for Force India

GP2 Champion Jolyon Palmer will drive for Force India next week at the post-season test in Abu Dhabi.The Briton, who has never previously driven an F1 car, will get a full day in the VJM07 on the opening day of the two-day test.Palmer wrapped up the GP2 title with three races to spare in Russia, becoming the first British driver since Lewis Hamilton in 2006 to win the F1 feeder series.'Sahara Force India has shown their faith in me by offering this opportunity and I am looking forward to repaying their trust in Abu Dhabi,' the 23-year-old said. 'I have worked very hard for a chance like this and I want to help the team get the most from this test session.
