Ferrari factory in Maranello Sebastian Vettel may be joining Ferrari at just the right moment, as it emerges that a the new era coincides with  a horde of new staff appointments to the Maranello team. Indeed, Ferrari has had a tumultuous 2014 – tye start to the new V6 era – and has been busily shedding top staff all year including Stefano Domenicali, Luca Marmorini, Luca di Montezemolo and most recently Fernando Alonso.
