Red Bull backtrack on Vettel's early Ferrari test

Sebastian Vettel has revealed that Red Bull won't allow him to test for Ferrari next week, despite initially agreeing to the proposal. Vettel will move to the Italian marque next season and it was hoped that he would take part in the post-Abu Dhabi test session next week as a Ferrari driver. However, despite initially saying yes, Red Bull has backtracked on the decision according to Vettel. "It is a shame, especially because initially I was allowed and then I wasn't. It is what it is," he said on Saturday. "I don't know. All of a sudden something changed, I think as far as I understand, I don't know.
