F1: Red Bull excluded from qualifying

Red Bull has been excluded from qualifying for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix after both cars were found to be in breach of technical regulations. Technical delegate Jo Bauer issued the following report after checking both Red Bull cars following qualifying, where Daniel Ricciardo qualified fifth and Sebastian Vettel sixth: “When checking the front wing of car numbers 01 [Vettel] and 03 [Ricciardo] it was found that the front wing flaps were designed to flex under aerodynamic load. In my opinion this is not in compliance with Article 3.15 of the Formula One Technical Regulations.
