'Completely unknown' issue keeps McLaren-Honda in garage
Getty Images Enlarge Related Links Teams: McLaren A "completely unknown problem" has delayed McLaren's second day of testing with its new Honda power unit despite the team firing the car up first thing this morning. McLaren registered just three laps on its first day of testing with Honda power on Tuesday and encountered a fuel/data exchange issue. Fifteen minutes ahead of the start of the second day, McLaren fired up the Honda engine but when it came to leaving the garage at 09:00 the car failed to start due to an electrical issue.
