Webber OK after serious crash in race in Brazil

Former Formula One driver Mark Webber escaped without serious injuries after a scary crash in an endurance race in Brazil. The Porsche team said on Twitter that Webber was 'OK' after the 'heavy crash' in the World Endurance Championship race in Sao Paulo. Webber's car collided hard with the outside wall entering the main straight at the Interlagos track. Officials said the Australian driver gave a 'thumbs up' sign from the stretcher before being taken away in an ambulance for further tests at the track's medical centre.
