South Korea has been provisionally added to a 21-race calendar for the 2015 Formula One season with the decision ratified Wednesday at a meeting of the World Motor Sport Council. It is scheduled to stage a Grand Prix on May 3, subject to approval. Should the return of the Korean GP be confirmed, the 2015 season will host a record 21 races – one more than it did in 2012. South Korea last hosted the last of its four F1 races in 2013 at the Korean International Circuit in Yeongam.
