Williams has confirmed that former Toro Rosso sporting director Steve Nielsen has joined the team in the role of sporting manager ahead of the 2015 Formula 1 season. Nielsen's departure from Toro Rosso after two seasons was confirmed on Friday, allowing him to secure a move to Williams that was confirmed today by the team.
