+ Ferrari has reshuffled its technical structure, with director of engineering Pat Fry and chief designer Nikolas Tombazis both leaving the team. The move comes as part of a shakeup instigated by newly appointed team principal Maurizio Arrivabene, in an effort to establish a ‘flatter structure’ at Ferrari. James Allison, who joined the Scuderia from Lotus late last year, will oversee track engineering activities, strengthening his position as technical director.
