Vergne enjoys first Ferrari Simulator day

Jean-Eric Vergne has begun the latest part of his Formula 1 career by driving the Scuderia Ferrari simulator at Maranello for the first time. The Twenty-four-year-old Frenchman recently joined the legendary Italian team having been dropped from the Scuderia Toro Rosso team after three seasons, and met the engineers and management team before getting into the teams’ simulator. Vergne admitted he was looking forward to working with the teams’ two race drivers of Kimi Raikkonen and Sebastian Vettel in 2015, and understood just how much Ferrari means to the town of Maranello having spent some time there the day before. “The first day as a Ferrari man is really something special,” said...
