Sauber announce partnership with Hewlett Packard

The Sauber F1 Team have announced Hewlett-Packard, one of the largest technology companies worldwide, as promotional partner. This partnership allows the Sauber F1 Team to access the latest technologies from Hewlett-Packard. In close cooperation with the Hewlett-Packard High Performance Computing (HPC) Competence Center in Grenoble, a super computer has been developed which will mainly apply in the areas of CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics). It is a server specific solution, which is based on the workload optimised HP ProLiant Moonshot servers, as well as Server Blades of the latest Gen9 Generation.
