Massa: ‘Kimi will be better without Fernando'

In an exclusive interview with Formula1.com, Felipe Massa says he believes former team-mate Kimi Raikkonen will ‘work much better' now that Fernando Alonso has departed, and revealed that Fernando tried to leave the team before last year. Fernando Alonso was at Ferrari between 2010 & the end of the 2014 season, teaming up with Felipe Massa from 2010-2013, and Raikkonen for the final year. Massa & Raikkonen themselves had been team-mates before that from 2007-2009, and having witnessed both men at work, Felipe believes Kimi will be far more comfortable with Fernando out of the team.
