‘Optimistic’ Rosberg ends testing fastest of all

Nico Rosberg says topping the overall timesheets at the end of F1 pre-season testing gives him 'a little bit extra' as he heads to the 2015 opener in Australia as the driver to beat alongside Mercedes team-mate Lewis Hamilton. The German showcased his pace on Friday with a soft tyre run that yielded a 1min 22.7secs lap, a time that wouldn't be surpassed as no other driver got below the 1min 23secs mark over the four days.
