Former Sainsburys chief and now Manor Marussia chairman Justin King has denied he is creating closer ties with the sport in order to succeed Bernie Ecclestone. King has been linked with Ecclestone's position several times over the past few years, but nothing has ever come of the rumours. But with his involvement as interim-Chairman of the revived Marussia team, those rumours have reignited.
