Van der Garde launches legal action against Sauber

Dutch driver Giedo van der Garde has launched legal action against the Sauber Formula One team, demanding to be on the starting grid of the Australian Grand Prix. The Dutchman, who was the team's reserve driver for the 2014 season, is claiming he was unfairly dismissed by the Swiss squad. He has now begun legal action in the Victorian Supreme Court and is seeking to be on the grid when the season kicks off next week.
