Sauber F1 Team Sauber has confirmed that they will defend themselves against Giedo van der Garde in a court hearing in Australia on Monday. Van der Garde claims that he holds a valid race contract for 2015 but Sauber has signed Marcus Ericsson and Felipe Nasr for the upcoming campaign.
