Marko: Ferrari not really closer to Merc

Red Bull advisor Helmut Marko believes the chasing pack has 'no chance' of catching Mercedes, adding that Ferrari haven't really made up ground on the pacesetters. The Brackley-based squad's performance in Australia saw Red Bull urge the FIA to use an equalisation measure to reduce the gap while F1 boss Bernie Ecclestone also wants things to be 'levelled up a bit'. Mercedes claimed another 1-2 finish at Melbourne last week and their closest challengers were Ferrari with the third-placed Sebastian Vettel more than 30s off race winner Lewis Hamilton's pace. Marko, though, says Ferrari haven't really closed the gap and says the rest of the pack won't catch Merc any time...
