Alonso: 'It feels great to be back in the car'

Fernando Alonso says it felt great to return to the cockpit of McLaren's MP4-30 on Friday at the Sepang International Circuit. The Spaniard was forced to miss the 2015 season opener in Australia after his testing crash. Despite training hard and passing the FIA's medical assessments, he still did not feel fully fit following first and second practice for the Malaysian Grand Prix. 'It feels great to be back in the car – I enjoyed driving so much today,' he said, after completing 45 laps on Friday. 'Maybe I’m not quite 100 per cent fit after two weeks on the sofa and two weeks out of the car, but I’m fit enough to enjoy it out there. 'Today really feels like the second day of testing...
