Mercedes remaining calm after stressful qualifying

Mercedes is keeping cool after the testing heat of Malaysian Grand Prix qualifying denied it its tenth consecutive front row lockout. Qualifying was turned on its head when heavy rain arrived one lap into Q2, nearly knocking out defending world champion Lewis Hamilton in process, and a wet Q3 equalised the field to bring Ferrari within striking distance of pole. Sebastian Vettel eventually split the Mercedes drivers at the front, with Hamilton on pole by just 0.074 seconds. Nico Rosberg was third quickest, marking his first start from off the front row since last year's Austrian Grand Prix.
