Verstappen makes history at 17 in confident style

Max Verstappen has become the youngest driver to score points in a Formula 1 World Championship race after a confident run to seventh position, ahead of the Red Bulls, in the Malaysian Grand Prix. Aged just 17 years-old, Verstappen's youth has been a much discussed topic of F1 2015, but the Dutchman would go a long way to proving his place in the sport at Sepang by qualifying in sixth position before going on to get embroiled in a series of race tussles en route to seventh. Indeed, Verstappen would show notable confidence and style in a number of his battles, pulling off a series of strong overtakes, including on Daniel Ricciardo and team-mate Carlos Sainz.
