Kimi Raikkonen says Ferrari did the 'maximum' with what they had after he suffered a puncture on lap two of the Malaysian Grand Prix. The Finn managed to recover well, finishing a distant fourth, while his team-mate Sebastian Vettel took victory at the Sepang International Circuit.
