Last weekend at the Malaysian Grand Prix, Bernie Ecclestone revealed that he is considering an all-female championship to get more women into Formula 1. But that isn't the right approach. The Formula One supremo told The Guardian: “For some reason, women are not coming through – and not because we don’t want them.” The problem isn’t that women aren’t coming through to F1.
