+ With the past two races in Australia and Malaysia proving to be difficult ones for Lotus F1 Team, Romain Grosjean and Pastor Maldonado are now targeting their first points of the year in China after qualifying eighth and 11th respectively on Saturday. Grosjean, who finished ahead of the Saubers of Felipe Nasr and Marcus Ericsson, said that a firm foundation with regards to the base set-up is helping him enjoy his driving.
