Raikkonen leads Ferrari one-two in first Bahrain practice

Ferrari made an encouraging start to the Bahrain Grand Prix after Kimi Raikkonen went fastest in the first practice session from teammate Sebastian Vettel while Mercedes' alternative programme saw its drivers sitting low in the timesheets. But the conditions prevailing in first practice were not quite relevant for qualifying and the race, which will be run later in the evening in much cooler conditions under the lights. The data collected, hence, won't help teams too much in their preparations for the weekend, with the second practice set to offer more a representative stage to establish the pecking order.
