Bernie: Absolutely V6s can stay

Bernie Ecclestone says he has no problem with F1 retaining the current V6 turbocharged engines but that the costs of it must be kept down. Although the F1 supremo has in the past been a staunch advocate of returning to the V8 engines, the sport's engines manufacturers are determined to stick with the current formula. And it now seems Ecclestone is coming around to that way of thinking but only if the price is right. Asked if staying with V6s was a possibility, the 84-year-old said: 'Yeah, sure. Absolutely.
