Red Bull targeting Williams with upgrades

Red Bull's Helmut Marko says the team hopes to challenge Williams as Formula 1's third best team, with a raft of upgrades set to be introduced at this weekend's Spanish Grand Prix. Most of the blame for the four-time champion outfit's struggles this season has been placed on engine supplier Renault, and the team has been striving to make up the deficit through aerodynamic innovation.  Major upgrades bearing the hallmarks of now part-time technical chief Adrian Newey are set to be introduced on the RB11 for Barcelona - including a new, ultra-short front nose - which Red Bull team adviser Helmut Marko believes will allow the team to take a step forward.
