Rosberg still thought Hamilton would win

– Nico Rosberg has explained that he still thought Mercedes team-mate Lewis Hamilton would win the Monaco Grand Prix despite his extra pit-stop.Mercedes pitted Hamilton under a late Safety Car for Max Verstappen's crash, which dropped him to third, behind Rosberg and Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel.While Rosberg and Vettel continued on ageing Softs, Hamilton had the additional grip of the Super Soft tyre, but he was ultimately unable to recover lost ground.Speaking after the race, Rosberg said he expected to come under threat from Hamilton, given how difficult it was to keep temperature in his used tyres."It took me some time because I couldn't understand what was going on,"...
