Arrivabene: Ferrari outsmarted Mercedes

– Ferrari Team Principal Maurizio Arrivabene says the squad outsmarted Mercedes strategically in order to collect second position for Sebastian Vettel at the Monaco Grand Prix.Vettel completed much of the race in third place but was elevated to second when Mercedes opted to pit long-time leader Lewis Hamilton when the Safety Car was deployed during the closing stages.Vettel was able to repel the initial threat from Hamilton to finish second and take Ferrari's best result at Monaco since 2011."Congratulations to Seb for holding Hamilton back in the final laps of the race," said Arrivabene."It was no easy job because Lewis had Super Soft tyres, while Seb's Primes were...
