The blind faith of the second guess

During the aftermath of Lewis Hamilton’s Monaco Grand Prix loss, even the most bipartisan TV pundits were reduced to nothing more than a pantomime lynch mob seeking retribution for the alleged miscarriage of justice brought upon the British driver by Mercedes. While I agree it was a travesty that the driver who dominated all afternoon should lose his lead in such a farcical manner, it would be an equal perversion to point an accusatory finger solely at the Mercedes’ strategy team.
