Formula 1 is 'not in great shape' and drivers are 'disappointed with it', according to Mark Webber. The former Red Bull driver, who retired in 2013, said: 'It's just not stimulating for the drivers. This is rubbing off and the fans can see this.' He added that he disliked changes aimed at improving the racing and said F1 had become a 'sniff too artificial'.
