Massa hails ‘fantastic' race after claiming Austrian podium

Austrian Grand Prix – Felipe Massa capitalised on a slow pitstop for Ferrari to claim third spot behind the two Mercedes drivers during Sunday's Austrian Grand Prix.  Massa spent the opening half of the race behind Sebastian Vettel in 4th spot, but never fell too far behind; six seconds was the biggest the gap got immediately prior to the one and only pitstops for both men. When Vettel came in for a pitstop on Lap 37, his right rear wheel proved problematic. A delayed stop meant that the German Champion was in his box for 13 seconds; this proved crucial, as he emerged on track 4 seconds behind Massa.
