Vettel not keen on Super Licence changes

– Ferrari driver Sebastian Vettel is unsure whether Formula 1 is making the correct decision with its planned Super Licence changes for 2016.Under the new regulations, drivers will need to have gathered 40 points over three years of racing in junior categories to qualify for a licence.A revived Formula 2 championship will offer the most points, with 60 on offer for the winner, followed by GP2 (50) and FIA European Formula 3 (40).Formula Renault 3.5 received a surprise allocation of 30 points, behind the World Endurance Championship (40) and IndyCar (40), and level with GP3.When asked if Formula Renault 3.5 is being undervalued, Vettel said: "I think it should be appreciated...
