Renault to become FE manufacturers for season two

Renault have confirmed that they will become powertrain manufacturers for season two of the Formula E Championship, increasing their involvement in the sport. Forming a partnership with Dams team to create the e.dams-Renault team for season one, Renault have decided to become a manufacturer for season two, designing the e-motor, drivetrain, gearbox and cooling system for the e.dams-Renault team. Renault Sport were one of the eight manufacturers chosen to become powertrain suppliers for season two back in February, but it is only now that they have confirmed their plans to become a full constructor.
