Massa: Important to be ahead of Ferrari

Felipe Massa celebrated the Williams team's achievement in getting both of its cars ahead of Ferrari on the grid for the British Grand Prix after edging Valtteri Bottas for 'best of the rest' behind Mercedes. Although he admitted that he was unlikely to have been higher than third given Mercedes' clear performance advantage, the Brazilian veteran hailed the first time that Williams had got both cars into the top four in qualifying at its home race for many years. “It is a fantastic day for us,” he commented, “It's amazing to see how many people are here - it's the home grand prix for our team, so I am sure it was great to see me and Valtteri third and fourth. “I feel good.
