Ferrari deserved podium finish, says Vettel

Sebastian Vettel insists that his British Grand Prix podium finish was well deserved and scored on merit. Vettel had a poor getaway off the start, but utilised the undercut at the first round of stops to move into sixth, behind team-mate Kimi Raikkonen. When a late rain shower hit the Silverstone circuit, Vettel timed his switch to the intermediate tyres perfectly and jumped not only Raikkonen but also the two Williams team-mates to snatch the third and final podium spot on offer.
