Bottas highlights Williams' frustration at British GP

After a perfect start, the British Grand Prix ended in frustration for Williams on Sunday. Rather than being allowed to chase down Felipe Massa, Valtteri Bottas was initially ordered not to try to attack his teammate after they surprisingly found themselves in front at Silverstone. The Williams cars both surged past the Mercedes front row of Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg briefly from the start line and they regained their position in front a few laps later. At that point Bottas believed he could have overtaken Massa and established a lead.
