Webber urges Ricciardo to 'weather the storm'

Red Bull/Getty Images Mark Webber says that his successor at Red Bull, compatriot Daniel Ricciardo, must 'weather the storm', with the younger Australian finding himself in the midst of a sequence of tough races. Webber raced for Red Bull between 2007 and 2013 prior to his move to the World Endurance Championship, after which he was replaced by Ricciardo, who scored three wins on his way to third in the 2014 title race, beating Sebastian Vettel in the standings.
